Cetrorelix is a medication primarily indicated for the management of certain reproductive health conditions. It is commonly used in assisted reproductive technologies such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) to prevent premature ovulation in women undergoing fertility treatments. By suppressing the release of luteinizing hormone (LH), Cetrorelix helps to control the timing of ovulation, increasing the chances of successful fertilization and pregnancy.

- Adults (Female): Single-dose Regimen: 3 Mg Given When Serum Oestradiol Levels Show Appropriate Stimulation Response, Usually Stimulation Day 7 (range Days 5-9). If Hcg Is Not Administered Within 4 Days, Continue Cetrorelix At 0.25 Mg/day Until Hcg Is Administered. Multiple-dose Regimen:250 Mcg Once Daily, Dose To Be Administered In The Morning, Starting On Day 5 Or 6 Of Ovarian Stimulation With Gonadotrophins (or Each Evening Starting On Day 5 Of Ovarian Stimulation), Continue Throughout Administration Of Gonadotrophin Including Day Of Ovulation Induction (or Evening Before Ovulation Induction), Dose To Be Injected Into The Lower Abdominal Wall
