Indication Dosage

Indication:

Dacarbazine is a medication used to treat certain types of cancer, like skin cancer called melanoma, and a type of cancer called Hodgkin's lymphoma. It works by stopping the growth of cancer cells in the body.

Dosage:

Metastatic Melanoma And Malignant Lymphomas, Testicular Tumours, Colorectal Cancers, Tumours Of Git, Cns, Soft Tissues, Hodgkin's Disease: 

By IV Infusion, Or By IV Inj: 

  • Adult: 200-500 Mg/m2. Refer to Individual Protocol.

  • Inj 200mg: Dacarbazine 200mg (as Citrate), Mannitol 75mg; Vial.

  • Rare: Liver Necrosis Due To Hepatic Vein Thrombosis
