Anti-mycotics Systemic Use

Indication Dosage

Prophylaxis Of Mycoses In Patients With Reduced Immune Responses, Chronic Mucocutaneous Candidiasis, Systemic Mycoses, And Dermatophyte Infections Not Responsive To Other Therapy: 

  • Adults: 200-400 Mg Once Daily With Meals, Increase To 400 Mg Daily. Continue For At Least One Week After Symptoms Have Cleared. 
  • Children: 2 Yr, 3.3-6.6 Mg/kg, Once Daily With Meals; For Candidiasis 1-2 Wk; For 4 Weeks In Recalcitrant, Dermatophyte Infections; Up To 6 Months For Other Systemic Mycoses.
