Indication Dosage

Raised Intra-ocular Pressure In Patients With Open-angle Glaucoma And Ocular Hypertension When Beta-blocker Or Prostaglandin Analogue Alone Not Adequate: 

  • Adults: 1 Drop In Affected Eye(s) Once Daily, Preferably In The Evening.

Content

  • Eye Drop Latanoprost 0.005%, Timolol Maleate 0.5%; 2.5 ml Drops.

  • Prostaglandin

Contra Indications

  • Severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Asthma Or History Of Asthma, Sinus Bradycardia, 2nd Or 3rd Degree Av Block, Uncompensated Cardiac Failure, Cardiogenic Shock.

  • Darkening Of Mixed Coloured Irides; Inform Patient

  • Foreign Body Sensation
  • Transient Punctate Epithelial Erosion
  • Periorbital Oedema.
  • Rare: Macular Oedema
