Metronidazole and Furazolidone are medications prescribed to treat a variety of bacterial and parasitic infections. They are commonly used to address conditions such as amebiasis, giardiasis, trichomoniasis, and certain types of bacterial infections. These medications work by disrupting the growth and replication of the microorganisms responsible for the infections, helping to alleviate symptoms and promote recovery.
Diarrhoea And Dysentery Of All Types Including Amoebic Types:
- Adults: 1 Tab 3 Times Daily.
- Children Below 1 Yr: 1/2 Tspsuspension4 Times Daily;
- 1-4 Yr: 1 Tspsuspension4 Times Daily;
- 5 Yr & Above: 2 Tspsuspension4 Times Daily.

- Susp: Per 5 ml: Metronidazole (as Metronidazole Benzoate) 75mg, Furazolidone 25mg.
- Tab: Metronidazole 300mg, Furazolidone 100mg.
