It works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the digestive system, which can reduce spasms and alleviate symptoms like cramping and bloating.

- Adults: 1 Amp
Oral:
- Adults: 1 Tab 3 Times Daily.
- Children: Not Recommended.

- Inj 5mg: Per 3 ml: tiropramide Hci 5mg; Solution; Amp.
- Tab 100mg: Tiropramide 100mg.

Contraindicated In Pregnancy.

- Mega Colon, Circulatory Collapse, Gi Obstructionsmyasthenia Gravis (but May Be Used To Decrease Muscarinic Side-effects Of Anticholinesterases), Paralytic Ileus, Pyloric Stenosis, Toxic Megacolon, And Prostatic Enlargement,coma, Stupor, Hypersensitivity To Drug.
Precautions

- Constipation Transient Bradycardia (followed By Tachycardia Palpitation And Arrhythmias)
- Reduced Bronchial Secretions
- photo-phobia
- Dry Mouth Urinary Urgency And Retention
- Dilatation Of The Pupils With Loss Of Accommodation
- Flushing And Dryness Of The Skin
- Confusion (particularly In The Elderly)
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Giddiness
