Artemether and Lumefantrine is a medication primarily indicated for the treatment of uncomplicated malaria in individuals of all ages. Treatment Of Acute Uncomplicated Falciparum Malaria, Treatment Of Chloroquine-Resistant Non-Falciparummalaria:
Adults:
- Cap/tab 20/120 Mg: 4 Tab As Single First Dose Followed By 4 Tabs After 8 hours of The 1st Dose, 4 Tab After 24 hours of The 1st Dose, And Then 48 hours after The 1st Dose. (Total Course Is 16 Tabs).
- Cap/tab 40/240 Mg: 2 Tab As Single First Dose Followed By 2 Tabs After 8 Hr Of The 1st Dose, 2 Tabs After 24 Hr Of The 1st Dose, And Then 48 Hr After The 1st Dose. (Total Course Is 8 Tabs).
- Cap/tab 80/480 Mg: 1 Tab As Single First Dose Followed By 1 Tab After 8 Hr Of The 1st Dose, 1 Tab After 24 Hr Of The 1st Dose And Then 48 Hr After The 1st Dose. (Total Course Is 4 Tabs).
