Treatment Of Poisoning Due To Organophosphate Pesticides Or Related Compound, Adjunct To Atropine In The Treatment Of Poisoning Due To Pesticides & Chemicals Of The Organophosphate Class:
- Adults: 1-2 Gm Im/ Iv, Max Dose: 12 Gm/24 Hr + Atropine 2 Mg Sc/im Repeated At Intervals Of 5-60 Min.
- Children: 20-60 Mg/kg.
Treatment Of Overdosage By Anti-cholinesterase Drugs Used In The Treatment Of Myasthenia Gravis:
- Adult & Children: 1-2 Gm Iv Followed By Increments Of 250 Mg Every 5 Min.
