Severe Keratitis In Dry Eye Disease That Has Not Responded To Treatment With Tear Substitutes:
- Adult: Apply 1 Drop Once Daily, To Be Applied To The Affected Eye(s) At Bedtime, Review Treatment At Least Every 6 Months
Keratoconus Junctivitis Sicca:
- Adults & Children 16 Yrs: Instill 1 Drop In Each Eye Every 12 Hr.
