- Adults: Initial: 250 Mg Once Daily With Breakfast, After 5-7 Days, Adjust By 50-125 Mg Daily Every 3-5 Days, May Be Increased To 100-500 Mg Daily, Max: 750 Mg Daily.
- Children: Not Recommended.
