Dextrose 3.3% and Sodium Chloride 0.3% IV Solution is used to provide essential fluids and energy to the body when needed, such as in cases of dehydration, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), and to support various medical treatments.
Replenishment Of Water And Electrolytes In Dehydration And Diseases Due To Unknown Causes, Before And After Surgery, Potassium Retention:
By IV Drip Infusion:
- Adults: 500-1000 Ml At One Time, Infusion Rate Should Be 300-500 Ml Per Hr (about 75-125 Drops Per Min)
- Children: 50-1000 Ml Per Hr (about 12-25 Drops Per Min)
