Epirubicin HCl is a medication used to treat certain types of cancer. It's often prescribed by doctors to help stop the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body. Your doctor may recommend Epirubicin HCl if you have breast cancer, ovarian cancer, or other types of cancer where chemotherapy is needed. It works by interfering with the DNA of cancer cells, preventing them from multiplying and growing. Your healthcare provider will determine if Epirubicin HCl is right for your specific condition.
