Indication Dosage
Sofosbuvir and Velpatasvir are medications used to treat a viral infection called Hepatitis C. They work together to stop the virus from multiplying in the body, helping to cure the infection. These medicines are prescribed by doctors to people with Hepatitis C to help them feel better and stay healthy.
Chronic Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Genotype 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Or 6 Infection Without Cirrhousis Or With Compensated Cirrhosis, In Combination With Ribavirin With Decompensated Cirrhosis:
- Adult: 400/100 Mg Once Daily For 12 Weeks; May Extend To 24 Weeks If Required (consult Product Literature).
