- Adults: 1 Gm IV 3 Times Per Day. In Sub-acute Indications:
- Adults: 3 Amps Twice Daily; Acute Indications:
- Adults: 3 Amp Four Times Daily.
- Children: 30-50 Mg/kg/day.
