Oral:
- Adult & Children Above 12 Yrs: 250 Mg Every 12 Hours For 5-10 Days
Penicillin-resistant Staphylococcal Infection Including Osteomyelitis, Staphylococcal
Endocarditis In Combination With Other Antibacterials:
Oral Susp:
- Adult & Children Above 12 Yrs: 750 Mg 3 Times A Day
- Children 1-11 Months: 15 Mg/kg 3 Times A Day; 1-4 Years: 250 Mg 3 Times A Day; 5-11 Years: 500 Mg 3 Times A Day
Oral Tab:
- Adult & Children Above 12 Yrs: 500 Mg Every 8 Hours, Increased To 1 G Every 8 Hours, Increased Dose Can Be Used For Severe Infections
