Treatment Of Hormone Refractory Metastatic Prostate Cancer In Patients Who Have Previously Been Treated With A Docetaxel (in Combination With Prednisone Or Prednisolone):
By IV Infusion:
- Adults: 25 Mg/m2 IV Infusion Over 1 Hr Every 3 Wk, With Daily Prednisolone. Premedicate With An Antihistamine, Corticosteroid, And H2 Antagonist >30 Min Before Each Infusion.
