By Slow IV Infusion: Neonates: Loading Dose: 20mg/kg Infusion Over 30 Minutes. After An Interval Of 24 Hours, a Maintenance Dose Of 5 Mg/kg May Be Administered By Infusion Over 10 Minutes Every 24 Hours. Maintenance Dose May Be Given By Oral Administration.
