The Poliomyelitis Vaccine is used to protect against polio, a contagious disease that can cause paralysis. It helps your body build immunity to the poliovirus, preventing you from getting sick with polio. This vaccine is typically given to infants and children to keep them safe from polio.
Prophylaxis Of Poliomyelitis:
- By Sc Or IM Inj: It Is Recommended To Inject Vaccine As Soon As 2 Month Old. Primary Immunization: 3 Injection Of 0.5 Ml One Month Apart. Booster: One Yr After The Last Injection Andthen Every 10 Yr.
