Indication Dosage

Phenylephrine HCI is a vasoconstrictor that works by narrowing blood vessels in the eyes, reducing the amount of fluid that accumulates in the tissues, and decreasing inflammation. Pyrilamine Maleate is an antihistamine that works by blocking the release of histamine, a chemical that is released during an allergic reaction and causes symptoms such as itching and swelling.
