By Deep IM Inj:
- Adult: 15 Mg/kg Daily (max. Per Dose 1 G), Reduce Dose In Those Under 50 Kg And Those Over 40 Years
- Children: 20-40 Mg/kg/day When Used As A Daily Therapy Max 1 Gm/day.
