Indication Dosage

Lamivudine, Stavudine, and Nevirapine are medications used to treat HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infection. They work together to slow down the virus and help boost the immune system. These drugs are prescribed to people living with HIV to:

• Control the Virus: They help keep the HIV virus from multiplying in the body.
• Boost Immunity: They strengthen the immune system, making it better at fighting off infections.
• Delay Disease Progression: By taking these medicines regularly, it's possible to delay the progression of HIV to AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome).
• Prevent Transmission: Proper use of these medications can also reduce the risk of passing the virus to others.

Dosage:

Treatment Of Hiv Infection:

• Adults: Less Than 60 Kg Body-weight: 1 Tab Of 30 Mg Every 12 Hr; 60 Kg And Above Body-weight: 1 Tab Of 40 Mg Every 12 Hr. Neonates Less Than 2 Weeks Old: 500 Mcg Of Stavudine/kg Every 12 Hr. 
• Children: 2 Weeks Old Less Than 30 Kgbody-weight: 1 Mg Of Stavudine/kg Every 12 Hr; 30 Kg And Above Body-weight: Same As Adult Dose.
