- Adult: Initially 20 Mg Twice Daily, Max: 80 Mg Twice Daily.
Bipolar Disorder, Acute Manic And Mixed Episodes:
- Adult: Initially40 Mg Twice Daily, Increase To 60-80 Mg Twice Daily On 2nd Day Of Treatment;
- Maintenance: 40-80 Mg Twice Daily
