Chronic Relapsing Lower Urinary-tract Infections:
- Adult: 400 Mg Twice Daily For Up To 12 Weeks; Reduced To 400 Mg Once Daily, If Adequate Suppression Within First 4 Weeks
Chronic Prostatitis:
- Adult: 400 Mg Twice Daily For 28 Days
- Children: Not Recommended.
