Indication Dosage

Agomelatine is a medication used to treat depression in adults. It helps improve mood by balancing certain chemicals in the brain. Your doctor may prescribe it when you're feeling sad, hopeless, or down for an extended period.

Major Depression: 

  • Adult: 25 Mg Daily At Bedtime, Increased To 50 Mg Daily If Necessary After 2 Weeks.
