Anti-neoplasticsIndication Dosage
Bendamustine HCl is a medication used to treat certain types of cancer, particularly non-Hodgkin lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It works by slowing down or stopping the growth of cancer cells in the body. Your doctor may prescribe Bendamustine HCl when other treatments have not been effective or as a part of your cancer treatment plan.
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL):
By IV Infusion:
- Adult: 100 Mg/m2 Administered Intravenously Over 30 Minutes On Days 1 And 2 Of A 28-day Cycle, Up To 6 Cycles
Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL):
By IV Infusion:
- Adult: 120 Mg/m2 Administered Intravenously Over 60 Minutes On Days 1 And 2 Of A 21-day Cycle, Up To 8 Cycles.
