Indication Dosage

Maintenance Of Sedation During Intensive Care 
By IV Infusion: 

  • Adult: 0.7 Microgram/kg/hr, Adjusted According To Response; Usual Dose 0.2-1.4 Mcg/kg/hr

  • Inj: Per ml: Dexmedetomidine As Hydrochloride 100 Mcg, 2 Vial X 2ml

Contra Indications

  • Acute Cerebrovascular Disorders, Second- Or Third-degree Av Block (unless Pacemaker Fitted), Uncontrolled Hypotension
