Peptic Ulcer & Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux DiseaseIndication Dosage
Treatment Of Benign Gastric And Duodenal Ulceration:
- Adult: 40 Mg Once Daily For 4-8 Weeks, Dose To Be Taken At Night.
Prophylaxis Of Duodenal Ulcer Relapse:
- Adult: 20 Mg Once Daily, Dose To Be Taken At Night.
Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome:
- Initially 20 Mg Every 6 Hr, Adjust As Necessary; Max 800 Mg Daily.
Reflux Oesophagitis:
- Adult: 20-40 Mg Twice Daily For 6-12 Weeks; Maintenance 20 Mg Twice Daily

- Cap 20 mg /40 mg: Famotidine 20 mg/40 mg.
- Susp: Per 5 ml: Famotidine 10 Mg.
- Tab 10 mg /20 mg /40 mg: Famotidine 10 mg /20 mg /40 mg.
- Tab Chewable/ Dispersible 10 mg /20 mg /40 mg: Famotidine 10 mg /20 mg
