Anti-mycotics Systemic UseIndication Dosage
Dermatophyte Infections Of The Skin, Scalp, Hair, And Nails Where Topical Therapy Has Failed Or Is Inappropriate:
- Adult: 500 Mg Once Daily Or In Divided Doses, Increased If Necessary To 1 G Daily, For Severe Infections; Reduce Dose According To Response
- Children Less Than 50 Kg Body Weight: 15-20 Mg/kg Once Daily Or In Divided Doses.
Tineacapitis Caused By Trichophytontonsurans:
- Adult: 1 G Once Daily, Alternatively 1 G Daily In Divided Doses
- Children Less Than 50 Kg Body Weight: 15-20 Mg/kg Once Daily Or In Divided Doses.
