Indication Dosage

Megestrol Acetate is a medication primarily indicated for the treatment of anorexia, cachexia, and significant weight loss associated with conditions such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, and other debilitating illnesses. It is used to stimulate appetite and promote weight gain in individuals who are experiencing severe unintended weight loss, helping to improve their overall nutritional status and quality of life.

Treatment Of Breast Cancer:

Adult: 160 Mg Daily In Single Or Divided Doses, For a Minimum Period Of 2 Month

Endometrial Carcinoma:

Adult: 40-320 Mg Daily In Divided Doses, For Minimum Period Of 2 Month
