Indication Dosage

Melatonin is a natural hormone in our bodies that helps regulate our sleep-wake cycle. It's often used as a supplement to improve sleep in people who have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, or those with jet lag. In simple terms, melatonin can be taken to help you sleep better when your body's internal clock is a bit off.

Insomnia (short-term Use In Patients Age 55 And Above): 

  • Adult Above 55 Yrs: 2 Mg Once Daily For Up To 13 Weeks, Dose To Be Taken 1-2 Hours Before Bedtime

For Sleep Issues or Jet Lag:

  • Adult 18 - 55 Yrs: A common starting dose is around 0.5 to 1 milligram, taken 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime. Dosages can be increased gradually, up to 3 to 5 milligrams if necessary.
