Mitomycin is a medication primarily indicated for the treatment of certain types of cancer, particularly bladder cancer and stomach cancer. It is often used when other forms of chemotherapy have not been effective, and it works by inhibiting the growth of cancer cells.
Recurrent Superficial Bladder Tumours (bladder Instillation), Bladder Carcinoma:
By IV Inj:
- Adult: 20-40 Mg/dose Every 6-8 Weeks (consult Product Literature)
Chronic Lymphatic Leukaemia, Chronic Myelogenous Leukaemia, Gastric, Colorectal, Lung, Pancreatic, Liver, Cervix, Endometrium, Head and neck And Breast Cancer:
By IV Inj:
- Adults & Elderly: Monotherapy: 20 Mg/m2 Every 6-8 Week. Combination Therapy: 10 Mg/m2 Every 6-8 Week.
