Hypertension:

Adult: Initially 5 Mg Perindopril (as Arginine) Once Daily For 1 Month, Dose To Be Taken In The Morning, Then, Adjusted According To Response; Maximum 10 Mg Per Day. Alternatively; Initially 4 Mg Perindopril (as Terbutylamine) Once Daily For 1 Month, the Dose To Be Taken In The Morning, Then, Adjusted According To Response; Maximum of 8 Mg Per Day
Elderly: Initially 2.5 Mg Perindopril (as Arginine) Once Daily For 1 Month, Dose To Be Taken In The Morning, Then, Adjusted According To Response; Maximum 10 Mg Per Day. Alternatively; Initially 2 Mg Perindopril (as Terbutylamine)once Daily For 1 Month, Dose To Be Taken In The Morning, Then, Adjusted According To a Response; Maximum of 8 Mg Per Day

Hypertension, If Used In Addition To Diuretic, Or In Cardiac Decompensation Or Volume Depletion:

Adult: Initially 2.5 Mg Perindopril (as Arginine) Once Daily For 1 Month, Dose Tobe Taken In The Morning, Then, Adjusted According To Response; Maximum 10 Mg Per Day. Alternatively; Initially 2 Mg Perindopril (as Terbutylamine)once Daily For 1 Month, Dose To Be Taken In The Morning, Then, Adjusted According To a Response; Maximum of 8 Mg Per Day

Symptomatic Heart Failure (adjunct):

Adult: Initially 2.5 Mg Perindopril (as Arginine) Once Daily For 2 Weeks, Then Increased If Tolerated To 5 Mg Once Daily, Dose To Be Taken In The Morning. Alternatively; Initially 2 Mg Perindopril (as Terbutylamine) Once Daily For At Least 2 Weeks, the Dose To Be Taken In The Morning, Then Increased If Tolerated To 4 Mg Once Daily

Prophylaxis Of Cardiac Events Following Myocardial Infarction Or Revascularisation In Stable Coronary Artery Disease:

Adult: Initially 5 Mg Perindopril (as Arginine) Once Daily For 2 Weeks, Then Increased If Tolerated To 10 Mg Once Daily, Dose To Be Taken In The Morning. Alternatively; Initially 4 Mg Perindopril (as Terbutylamine)once Daily For 2 Weeks, the Dose To Be Taken In The Morning, Then Increased If Tolerated To 8 Mg Once Daily
Elderly: Initially 2.5 Mg Perindopril (as Arginine) Once Daily For 1 Week, Then Increased If Tolerated To 5 Mg Once Daily For 1 Week, Then Increased If Tolerated To 10 Mg Once Daily, Dose To Be Taken In The Morning. Alternatively; Initially 2 Mg Perindopril (as Terbutylamine) Once Daily For 1 Week, Then Increased If Tolerated To 4 Mg Once Daily For 1 Week, Then Increased If Tolerated To 8 Mg Once Daily
Children: Not Recommended.

Tab 2mg /4mg /8mg (as Terbutylamine): Perindopril 2mg /4mg /8mg (as Terbutylamine).
Tab 5mg /10mg (as Arginine): Perindopril 5mg /10mg (as Arginine).

Contraindicated In Pregnancy.
