Indication Dosage

Promethazine Theoclate is a medication used to treat allergies, nausea, and vomiting. It is a type of antihistamine that works by blocking the effects of histamine in the body. It can also be used as a sedative or to help with insomnia.

Nausea, Vomiting, Labyrinthine Disorders: 

  • Children 5-9 Years: 12.5-37.5 Mg Daily; 
  • Above 10 yrs & Adult: 25-75 Mg Daily; Maximum 100 Mg per Day. 

Motion Sickness Prevention And Treatment: 

  • Children 5-9 Years: 12.5 Mg Once Daily; 
  • Above 10 yrs & Adults: 25 Mg Once Daily. The dosage for Prevention is To Be Taken At Bedtime On the Night Before Travel Or 1-2 Hours Before travel And For Treatment, At the Onset Of Motion sickness, Then Once Daily At Bedtime For 2 Days.
