Indication:
Prucalopride is used to treat chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC) in adults when other laxatives have not been effective. It helps improve bowel movements by stimulating intestinal motility.
Dosage:
- Adults: 2 mg once daily, with or without food.
- Elderly (Over 65 years): Start with 1 mg once daily, which may be increased to 2 mg if needed.
- Children: Not recommended under 18 years unless prescribed by a doctor.

Contra Indications
