Chronic Hepatitis C Of Genotypes 1, 4, 5, Or 6 In Patients With Or Without Compensated Cirrhosis Or In Post-liver Transplant (with Or Without Ribavirin), In Combination With Ribavirin For Chronic Hepatitis C Infection Of Genotype 3 In Patients With Compensated Cirrhosis Or Prior Treatment Failure: 

  • Adult: 1 Tablet Once Daily Consult Product Literature For The Duration Of Treatment.
