Indication Dosage

Sofosbuvir is a medication used to treat hepatitis C, a viral infection that affects the liver. It helps to stop the virus from multiplying in the body, which can lead to the improvement of liver health and reduce the risk of liver-related problems.

In Combination With Ribavirin (with Or Without Peginterferon Alfa) For The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis C Infection Ofgenotypes 1, 3, 4, 5, Or 6 In Patients With Compensated Liver Disease, Or In Combination With Ribavirin For Chronic Hepatitis C Infection Of Genotype 2 In Patients With Compensated Liver Disease Or In Combination With Daclatasvir For Chronic Hepatitis C Infection Of Genotype 1, 3, Or 4: 

  • Adults: 400 Mg Once Daily With Food. Continue For Up To 24 Week.
