Testosterone undecanoate is a medication used to treat low testosterone levels in men. Some indications for testosterone undecanoate include:

Hypogonadism: Testosterone undecanoate is used to treat hypogonadism, a condition in which the body does not produce enough testosterone. Symptoms of hypogonadism may include fatigue, decreased muscle mass, decreased bone density, low libido, and erectile dysfunction. Dosage: The recommended dose for hypogonadism is 750 mg to 1000 mg injected into the muscle every 10 to 14 weeks.
Delayed puberty: Testosterone undecanoate may also be used to treat delayed puberty in adolescent boys. Delayed puberty is characterized by delayed onset of puberty, lack of secondary sexual characteristics, and absence of or incomplete development of the testes. Dosage: The recommended dose for delayed puberty is 750 mg to 1000 mg injected into the muscle every 4 to 6 weeks for 4 to 6 months.
Transgender hormone therapy: Testosterone undecanoate may also be used as part of transgender hormone therapy for transgender men. Transgender hormone therapy aims to change the secondary sex characteristics of an individual to match their gender identity. Dosage: The recommended dose is 750 mg injected into the muscle every 4 to 6 weeks

Prostate or breast cancer in men
Pregnancy or breastfeeding in women
Liver disease or dysfunction
High levels of calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia)
Patients with a history of blood clots or thrombosis
