Indication Dosage

Beraprost is a medication that is used to treat a variety of conditions related to blood flow, including peripheral arterial disease (PAD), pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), and Raynaud's phenomenon. It works by increasing blood flow to the affected areas, which can help to alleviate symptoms like pain, numbness, and coldness in the hands and feet. Beraprost is typically taken orally, and dosage will depend on the specific condition being treated and the patient's individual needs. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions and not exceed the recommended dose.

Improvement Of Ulcers, Pain, And Feeling Of Coldness Associated With Chronic Arterial Occlusion: 

• Adults: 40 Mcg Three Times Daily. 

Primary Pulmonary Hypertension: 

• Adults: 1 Mcg/kg/day Up To 20 Mcg Three Times Daily. Gradually Increase Dose If Needed Up To Max 180 Mcg In Three Or Four Divided Doses. Reduce Dose To 0.5mcg/kg/day Or 20-40 Mcg Daily In 2-3 Divided Doses If Adverse Reaction Occurs, Or Discontinue If Needed. 
• Children: Not Recommended.
