Improvement Of Ulcers, Pain, And Feeling Of Coldness Associated With Chronic Arterial Occlusion:
- Adults: 40 Mcg Three Times Daily.
Primary Pulmonary Hypertension:
- Adults: 1 Mcg/kg/day Up To 20 Mcg Three Times Daily. Gradually Increase Dose If Needed Up To Max 180 Mcg In Three Or Four Divided Doses. Reduce Dose To 0.5mcg/kg/day Or 20-40 Mcg Daily In 2-3 Divided Doses If Adverse Reaction Occurs, Or Discontinue If Needed.
- Children: Not Recommended.
