Acefylline is a bronchodilator and Diphenhydramine HCI is an antihistamine. This combination medication is primarily used to treat respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
The indications of Acefylline + Diphenhydramine HCI include:

Breastfeeding or pregnant women should use the medication with caution and only under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
