Actinomycin D is a medication used to treat certain types of cancer. It works by stopping the growth of cancer cells in the body.
Choriocarcinoma, Ovarian Teratoma, Wilms Tumour, Rhabdomyosarcoma, Testicular Teratoma, Ewing's Sarcoma, Neuroblastoma (adjunct):
- Adults: 2.5 Mg/m2 In Divided Doses, Over 1 Week, Repeated Every 2 Weeks Or 0.75-2 Mg/m2 Every 1-4 Weeks Or 400-600 Mg/m2/day For 5 Days, Repeated Every 3-6 Weeks. Refer To Individual Protocol.
