Indication Dosage

Endometriosis: 

By IM Inj:

• Adult (Female): Start During the First 5 Days Of the Cycle. 3.75 Mg Every 28 Days For Max 6 Months 

Treatment Of Uterine Fibroids Prior To Surgery Is Inappropriate: 

By IM Inj:

• Adult (Female): Start During First 5 Days Of Cycle 3.75 Mg Every 28 Days For Minimum of 3 Months. Consider Uterine Leiomyosarcoma If No Change Or An Increase In Uterine Volume 

Advanced Prostatic Cancer: 

By IM Inj: 

• Adult (Male): 3.75 Mg Every 28 Days. See Literature. 

Gonadotrophin-dependent Precocious Puberty: 

By IM Inj: 

• Decapeptyl: 11.25 Mg Every 3 Months. 

By Sc Or IM Inj: 

• Gonapeptyl: Body-weight Under 20 Kg: Initially 1.875 Mg On Days 0,14, And 28, Then 1.875 Mg Every 4 Weeks; Body-weight 20-30 Kg: Initially 2.5 Mg On Days 0, 14, And 28, Then 2.5 Mg Every 4 Week; Body-weight Over 30 Kg: Initially 3.75 Mg On Days 0, 14, And 28, Then 3.75 Mg Every 4 Week; Discontinue When Bone Maturation Consistent With Age Above12 Yr In Girls And Above 13 Yr In Boys, May Be Given Every 3 Week If Necessary.
