Pseudomonal Lower Respiratory-tract Infection In Cystic Fibrosis:
Oral:

- Children 5-17 Yrs: 20 Mg/kg Twice Daily For 10-14 Days; Max 750 Mg/dose
Urinary-tract Infections:
