Treatment Of Pulmonary Embolism, Unstable Angina, and acute Peripheral Arterial Occlusion:

Adult: Loading Dose Of 5000 Units Or 75 Units/kg Followed By Continuous IV Inj Of 18 Units/kg/hr.10000 Units In Severe Pulmonary Embolism,
Treatment Of Deep-vein Thrombosis:
By IV Or Sc Inj:
- Adult: Loading Dose Of 5000 Units Or 75 Units/kg, Followed By Continuous Iv Inf Of 18 Units/kg/hr Or By Sc Of 15000 Units Every 12 Hrs.
Thromboprophylaxis:
Adults By Sc Inj:
- In Medical Patients: 5000 Units Every 8-12 Hrs.
- In Surgical Patients: 5000 Units 2 Hrs Before Surgery, Then Every 8-12 Hrs.
- During Pregnancy: 5000-10000 Units Every 12 Hrs.
Extracorporeal Circulation And Haemodialysis:

- Adult: 1000-5000 Units, Followed By Continuous IV infusion Of 250-1000 Units/hr
