Treatment Of Advanced Hiv Infection In Combination With Zidovudine:
- Adults & Children 13 yrs: 0.75 Mg Every 8 Hr; Creatinine Clearance Between 10-40 Ml/min: 0.75 Mg Every 12 Hr; Less Than 10 Ml/ Min: 0.75 Mg Every 24 Hr. To Be Administered In Combination With Zidovudine, Consult Product Literature.
