Indication Dosage

Zalcitabine is a medication used to treat HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. It helps slow down the spread of HIV in the body and can improve the immune system's function. Zalcitabine is typically used in combination with other HIV medicines to manage the infection and improve the quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS.

Treatment Of Advanced Hiv Infection In Combination With Zidovudine: 

  • Adults & Children 13 yrs: 0.75 Mg Every 8 Hr; Creatinine Clearance Between 10-40 Ml/min: 0.75 Mg Every 12 Hr; Less Than 10 Ml/ Min: 0.75 Mg Every 24 Hr. To Be Administered In Combination With Zidovudine, Consult Product Literature.
