Respiratory Tract Infections, Ear, Nose And Throat Infections, Pelvic Infections, Urinary Tract Infections, Cystitis And Pyelonephritis, Skin And Soft Tissue Infections, GI infections, Septicaemia, Endocarditis, And Orthopaedic Infection:
Oral:
Adults: 500 Mg-1gm Every 6 hours or More Frequently According To The Severity Of The Infection.
Children Neonates: 0.6 Ml Of Drops Every 4 Hr;
1 Month-2 Yr: 1/4 Adult Dose;
2-10 Yr: 1/2 Adult Dose.
By IM Or IV Inj:
Adults: IM Inj: 500 Mg-1500 Mg Every 4-6 Hr, Or As Indicated By The Severity Of The Infection By IV Infusion: In Severe Infections In Adults Up To 12 Gm May Be Administered.
By IM Or IV Inj Or IV Infusion:
Children Neonates: 75 Mg Every 8 Hr;
1 Month-2 Yr: 1/4 Adult Dose;
2-10 Yr: 1/2 Adult Dose.
