Secondary Hyperparathyroidism In Patients With End-stage Renal Disease On Dialysis:
- Adult: Initially 30 Mg Once Daily, Dose To Be Adjusted After 2 To 4 Weeks; Maximum 180 Mg Per Day
Treatment Of Hypercalcaemia In Parathyroid Carcinoma, Primary Hyperparathyroidism When Parathyroidectomy Is Inappropriate:
- Adult: Initially 30 Mg Twice Daily (max. 90 Mg 4 Times A Day), Dose To Be Adjusted After 2 To 4 Weeks According To Response
