Dicyclomine and Simethicone are a combination of medications used to treat symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) such as abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, and discomfort. Dicyclomine works by relaxing the muscles in the intestines, while simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines.
Symptomatic Relief Of Gastro-intestinal Disorders Characterised By Smooth Muscle Spasm, Flatulence, Abdominal Discomfort And Infant Colic (wind):
- Adults: 10 Ml Three To Four Times Daily.
- Children: 6 Months-4 Yrs: 5 Ml Before Each Feed, Max Four Doses In 24 Hr;
- Above 4-12 Yrs: 5 To 10 Ml Four Times Daily.
