The combination of Domperidone and Cinnarizine is commonly used for the treatment of nausea and vomiting associated with various conditions such as motion sickness, vertigo, and gastrointestinal disorders. Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist that increases the motility of the digestive system, while Cinnarizine is a calcium channel blocker that acts on the vestibular system to reduce motion sickness. The combination of these two drugs provides effective relief from symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and dizziness.
Nausea, Vomiting, Vertigo, Epigastria, Sense Of Fullness, Upper Abdominal Distention, Regurgitation, And Gastro-intestinal Pain:
- Adult: 10-20 Mg 3 Times A Day, Before Meals. Max 80 Mg Daily. Re-evaluate the Need For Continued Treatment After 4 Weeks.
- Children: Not Recommended.
